Hamburger on chuck steak


Use chuck steak to get extra airy and flavorful burger.

Serve with the classic, traditional accessories and barbeque sauce.


Serves: 4



400 grams of freshly ground beef chuck steak

1 tsp salt

2 pinches of black pepper

4 hamburger buns

2 cups Kelda® American barbecue sauce

4 slices cheddar Kvibille®

shredded lettuce

Sliced tomatoes

roasted onions


Shape the mince into four patties. Salt and pepper. Grill the burgers for 2-3 minutes on one side. Turn them and add the cheese. Grill for a further 3 minutes. Serve with bread, barbeque sauce and accessories.
